Winter Cooking to Perfection.

So last week I was asked to review a new cookbook app via a tweet I spotted. As all of you know I’m definitely a mini foodie so I of course said YES. I love cooking and I love posting all my culinary successes and recipes here for you all to try out for yourselves so I thought why not!!

This app is called “Cook , Taste,  Winter ,Smile” and it’s more of an EBook than an app I guess you could say. It’s part 3 of an ongoing series already uploaded the other two being based on autumn and summer.

I will admit I was nervous to reviewing something but I’m so glad I did. I went into this with the intention to tell you all exactly how I felt about the product, and I will tell you straight , I LOVED IT!!

The ebook is broken up into different sections;

3 course menus based on December, January and February giving you seasonal delights based on the produce of the months.

Oil infusions, the Smokey Chipotle Chilli flavoured oil is my absolute favorite,

Light lunches including my new obsession an artichoke and come Fritatta-recipe. A post will be made on this for sure in the near future.

Main courses including an amazing looking roasted monk fish,

Side dishes of an amazing look seasonal stuffing,

Afternoon indulgence- Sour Cherry and Pistachio Cookies- Doesn’t it just sounds incredible?

Festive bites-Herby Bruschetta is incredible a blog post will be put up of this as well

To my absolute favourite boozy deserts-I think the inclusion of alcohol and dessert is enough to sell me on it.

 I know this is a cookbook app but besides all the food this is seriously amazing. It is so user friendly and handy to have on your iPad so you can quickly whip up an amazing meal. One things for sure if you use this I’d say you would be guaranteed to win come dine with me.

Its an integrated app that allows you to quickly whiz through all the different recipes at the touch of a finger.

For only 5euro I’d advise everyone to go out an purchase this ebook. It’s cheaper than regular books and its on your iPad at the touch of a button and not taking up valuable shelf space.

You can purchase this EBook via your iBooks app available for free on all iPads.

I’d like to point out I have in no way been paid for this review it was something I did out of kindness. As a marketing student I know how hard it is to get your product and product name out there. Every little helps. I’d also like to point out that all photos are taken from the App and are in no way my property.
