Since last week I’m not going to lie, my sleeping has been down, my coffee intake is up and I am fighting a cold like crazy so as my darling boyfriend told me on Friday night -”Your Skin Looks Like S**T” – Safe to say I threw a not so impressed face back at him – but he has a point. All the products in the world can feed your skin, but as Jennifer preach’s – you have to feed it from within – and I certainly have not done that.
This week I am vowing, from tomorrow!, to go on Jennifer’s recommendations to give up dairy and gluten as it would appear I have a mild reaction to the former, and really up my water intake.
There is no point in using these amazing products if my lifestyle is battling them! Check in next week to actually see if this worked! (Saying this so I have to commit to doing so – Blogger Logic!!)
This week however I am going to be talking about the benefits of each of the amazing products Jennifer recommended.

I still don’t think after the 2 weeks I am able to give a true assessment of the products and how they are fairing on my skin, but I will definitely be checking in next week after week 3 to really talk about how my skin has been handling this new regime!
