Weekend Drinks and Celebrations- Outfit of The Night

This last week has been so hectic. Between working all the time, catching up with friends and planning for not only Mother’s Day on Sunday but also her birthday on Saturday, it’s the perfect mammy weekend. So I’ve been spending the last few days shopping and planning for the weekend of celebrations, hence the lack of blogging at all. 

Now that the weekend is over I’m back to blogging and god to I have a list of blogs to do. Last night I  headed out to one of my favourite restaurants in Howth with the family and celebrated my moms 21st birthday again. 

We headed up to Il Panaroma Cafe which is a beautiful Italian/Australian wine bar. If your ever in howth I would highly recommend it. All of the food and wine is deliciously and amazingly well priced. The atmosphere in the evening is incredible and definitely a place to go and relax. 

Many many bottles of wine were consumed by us all so Mothers Day today has been one with a mild sore head for all.

Il Panaroma is quite casual yet also a place to get dressed up so heels were a must for my outfit. In the taxi up I realised just how patriotic I was in my green, white and orange-tonned blazer.

This is my new favourite clutch. I saw it in Grazia recently in a feature about Oliva Palermo who I adore. She was running around fashion week with this baby and I feel in love. I had been looking for an envelope clutch for ages and this is the perfect one. I completely forgot about it until I was passing the Whistles concession in House of Frasier and not only was this baby staring at me, it was the last one left…….AND on sale!!!! 50% off. It was meant to be. Safe to say I have never dashed to the till faster in my life. 

Hope all of you wonderful Mammys have had an amazing day and the biggest happy mothers day to my amazing mom who is not only the most incredible mom and my absolute inspiration but also my best friend and the one person who is there for me no matter what!
