Can someone actually tell me what the difference from Strobing and Highlighting is?
For ages I had read about a gazillion blog post ranting and raving about The Balm’s Mary-Lou Manizer. So when I spied this beauty in a pharmacy in Spain, to say I nearly killed the sales assistant as I lept and snatched the last one is an understatement. As I was a hot and sweaty mess in Spain with no need for highlighter to extenuate my sweaty face I waited until I came hope to pop this all over my face!
Well my god I wish I didn’t wait. I am obsessed with this highlighter. Before I never would have spent to much time worrying about highlighters in my make up routine, maybe a little on a night out but that’s that! Now its all I bloody think about. I’m wearing it day and night and I love it.

Its also not just me that’s loving highlighters at the moment. Nearly every selfie I’m seeing on instagram someone is commenting on either how their highlighters looks or wanting to find out the perfect highlighter to add to their collection. My own friends were asking for highlighter recommendations in our whats app group the other day – and obvs I suggested Mary-Lou Manizer.
Now on to the holy grail of this blog post – The Mary-Lou Manizer. Retailing at €20 this is one of those products that I will seriously pay a heck of a lot more for! The Mary Lou-Manizer is the most beautiful champagne coloured highlighter with no shimmer so you never end up looking like a disco ball!
It is one of those highlighters that gain a huge following from bloggers and instagrammers and its safe to see why when you swatch it. It is so pigmented, so a little will go a long way.
