Charleston Day 1

So after a “wonderful” 14 hour journey , one that made me fully lose yesterday I’v finally been able to enjoy a full day in the most beautiful city! Also the place where the Notebook was filmed! Who knew it was filmed here!!:)

I think it’s safe to say that after today I don’t want to come home (sorry mom:)) Me and the boy are here with his mom and brother to visit family so we are seeing as much of Charleston until we have to leave on Saturday to go to the beach!

We spent the morning doing a tour of the city and everything it has to offer and then off to shopping and a family dinner! Doing my major shopping tomorrow so expect a major Haul!!

I kept my outfit for the day really simple. Its beyond humid here so very few layers are needed!

I’v never been down to the south, I’v only every been to Boston or New York so this is really a huge change to me , and I love it! Everyone is so friendly and the scenery is beautiful!

I mean how beautiful is this city? Really excited to travel to the beach and see what South Carolina is really like!

Off to sleep off the rest of this jet lag but hopefully I’ll be back to normal tomorrow!
